The menu features marinated chicken, crispy Griot pork, whole Red Snapper, Lambi (conch), and Legume — the dishes Haitian families gather around, brought to Worcester.
Epis, Pikliz, and the Fritay platter
The Fritay platter is built around Benny's Epis spice blend — seasoned meat with Marinade, Akra, fried plantains, and Pikliz. Lambi is finished with homemade Haitian spices you won't find in a bottle.
